With effect from AY2008/9, the Real Estate Internship Programme (REIP) that has been offered in the past few years would only be offered to selected third year undergraduates taking the restricted 4-modular credit elective 'RE4910 Real Estate Internship Programme'.

Only suitable candidates are chosen and interns are matched with participating firms. Our selection criteria include, but are not limited to, the following requirements: Scholastic ability, positive attitude, superior presentation and communication skills; and entrepreneurial drive.
