| A great university is measured by the great alumni it produces, of which NUS has countless. Similarly, an excellent real estate programme is measured by the great alumni it produces. Since 1989, more than 330 candidates have graduated with the MSc(Real Estate) degree, or its predecessor degree, the MSc(Property Maintenance and Management). The Department takes pride in what its graduates have achieved and contributed to the real estate industry. It sees the cultivation of a strong bond with its alumni and the industry as strategic initiative; consistent with its aspirations towards excellent real estate education and research.

The M.Sc (Real Estate) programme that I attended was conducted by dedicated academics that are prepared to impart knowledge on the various subjects regarding the real estate market. This course is recommended to real estate practitioners with about 3 to 7 years of working experience, who wishes to be equipped with comprehensive skills in the process of real estate development.
As a real estate professional, the course has enabled me to approach my work with new insights and knowledge. It has also helped me to revise some of the skills, techniques and theories from lessons that I had attended years ago during my undergraduate course, which are useful in my daily work.
