MBA with Specialisation in Real Estate

'Integrating real estate principles with modern business theories.'

Changing scenario in the real estate markets – Real estate in Asia has attracted increasing attention as an asset class with transaction structures becoming more sophisticated and innovative. The current financial crisis which originated in relation to a housing bubble and complex securitization vehicles has also shown how both direct and indirect real estate markets are clearly integrated with the global capital market and the wider economy. Furthermore, the strategic role of corporate real estate and the importance of asset management have also come under the spotlight as corporations continue in their quest to create wealth.
