MBA in Real Estate: Curriculum
The curriculum for the MBA with Specialization in Real Estate has been revised following a review by the Advisory Committee chaired by Dr Seek Ngee Huat, President, GIC Real Estate Pte Ltd. The revised curriculum creates more customization and flexibility for the candidates to select the electives that best suit their career objectives without comprising the rigor of the program. Whilst the candidates still have to complete 17 modules, they have to take only 10 compulsory modules (6 business modules and 4 real estate modules) as compared to 14 previously.
In addition, they can do an integrative project which requires working on a real problem in collaboration with industry partners. If your organization would like to partner the university in training future entrepreneurs and leaders of the real estate industry by participating in the integrative project or internship scheme, please .
Full-time students can complete the course work within 1 year. Both full-time and part-time MBA with Specialisation in Real Estate students are required to complete 14 courses and an integrative project:
- 6 compulsory business modules
