The DRE Public Talks offers an effective means of inviting experts in the local real estate industry and respected individuals from abroad and locally. Depending on their schedules, the talks are appealing to a significantly large group that attends regularly. This large group includes our real estate undergraduates, post graduates, research students and members of industry as well as the public. Various topics covered in the talks for 2005 have not only been concerned with real estate investing in China and real estate modern risk management but also with international real estate investment strategy.
