Visitors |
Visitors from The Center for
Aged-Housing Remodeling Technology, South Korea
A team of 18 research members from The Center for
Aged-Housing Remodeling Technology, South Korea, visited the department
on 20 October 2006. They were on a 5-day study trip to
Singapore to learn about our public housing policy and in particular,
the renewal of old housing estates in Singapore. Besides NUS, the team
also visited HDB.
The team’s visit in Singapore was facilitated by
Ms. Choi Sun-Young, who
hails from South Korea and is a current graduate student in the
department. Over the past few years, the department has attracted a
number of students from South Korea for its MSc (RE) programme.
