23 May 2003 : Confirmation of participation for the Virtual Conference and/ or one-day meeting on July 21, 2003

7 July 2003 : Submission of Completed Paper (Electronic Copy, PowerPoint presentation files prefered)

21 July 2003 : One-day meeting & Launch of Virtual Conference

21 Aug 2003 : Best Papers awards will be announced
