Contributions

We would like to invite all real estate organizations and professionals to consider a kind and generous financial contribution to the memorial fund. These contributions from kind donors, achieved in combination, would be matched on a dollar-for-dollar basis by the Ministry of Education. We hope to raise as much as S$500,000 from our kind donors for a very meaningful cause.

The Amos Koh Memorial Fund (AKMF), under the National University of Singapore (NUS), is an institution of a Public Character (IPC). Any donor to the AKMF can be an individual, company or a body of persons. Cash donations that are only outright donations which do not provide a material benefit to the donor are entitled to double tax deduction (twice the donation) value on or after 1 Jan 2002.

AKMF Donation Tier Structure

$1,000 - $49,000

A large plague in a DRE public area listing the donor names and donation amounts in S$

$50,000 - $249,000

A reasonable sized plague bearing one donor name and up to three donor names as a maximum to be highlighted below the name of a particular facility that the DRE has given to the particular facility. The limit of three donors will bestow a sense of appreciation uniqueness to the donors and avoid cluttering the smaller plague.

Greater than $250,000

An individual smaller plaque bearing one donor name to be distinctly highlighted below the name of a particular facility that the DRE has given to the particular facility.

Naming rights

The DRE on behalf of the University will reserve the right to name the particular facility for AKMF donations. In addition, the DRE will hold the chosen name of a particular facility until such time as it deems appropriate to alter it.

Donation Form

A donation form has been prepared for the purpose of enabling donors to fill up their details and a tax exemption receipt can be sent to them.

Please make your contributions payable to National University of Singapore and mail all cheques to
