Bachelor of Science (Real Estate) 

The Bachelor of Science (Real estate) degree programme at NUS trains real estate professionals to create and manage wealth in the context of the built environment. Recognising that “Real Estate is Space and Money over Time,” this course is unique in providing an explicit link and interface between the spatial features of Real Estate and its financial attributes. Graduates from the Department of Real Estate play key roles in the development of the built environment as well as in the advancement of the quality of urban living through the transformation and management of real estate resources.

Direct Admission To B.Sc (Real Estate)

Given the increasing trend towards globalization and greater integration of real estate markets with global financial markets, you can count on us to keep up with industry developments and students’ interest.

As such, the Department of Real Estate will introduce direct admission to the B.Sc. (Real Estate) programme from the Academic Year 2006-07.  

The curriculum has been fine-tuned by consolidating the essential modules and adding new elective modules.

The essential modules will strengthen the curriculum in real estate foundation issues, urban planning and public policy issues, and research methodology.

The elective modules will provide depth in pursuing further studies in the areas of Real Estate Development & Management, Real Estate Finance & Investment, and Urban Policy & Urban Planning.
